if you just want peace of mind for after hrs emergency's we have
that covered too, just choose the E-SA program.
These are just some of the items we check and adjust during our
tune-ups.
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean and test ignition assembly
- Clean and inspect heat exchanger
- Test flue draft
- Test starting capacities
- Clean and or replace standard 1" air filters
- Test safety controls
- Adjust blower components
- Measure for correct air flow
- Tight electrical connections
- Measure volts and amps
- Lubricate all bearings as necessary
- Adjust / test thermostats
- Clean outside condenser coils
- Clean / flush condensate drains and pumps
- Check freon levels (superheat and sub cooling test)
