Roy "KC" Clements

K.C. is the founder and president of the company. He has been married for 30+ years to his wife Janelle, and together they have four children and 10 grandchildren.

 

K.C. began working with HVAC equipment in 1988. His early years in the industry were dedicated to gaining experience and skill. After 30+ years, his customer service and technical skills are well known throughout the Michiana area. K.C. has also taught several HVAC technical classes as an adjunct faculty professor at Ivy Tech of South Bend and he plans for the future of his industry, his business, & his customers by hiring and training the next generation of service technicians. He aims to pass on his expertise & standard of excellence.

 

In his free time, he enjoys working on pet projects, spending time with his family, and camping.

   

Janelle Clements

Janelle serves as our company's CFO. She is the wife of K.C. and together they have grown the business since it's start in 2000. In her capacity as chief financial officer, she has helped Michiana Indoor Comfort remain debt free since 2010, even with the expansion & relocation to a new commercial building in the fall of 2015.

 

In her free time, Janelle loves to bake, make homemade soaps & lotions, and spend time with her children and grandkids. She also teaches financial responsibility classes on how to become debt free.

   

Justin Clements

Justin is Vice President of Services, and our lead HVAC technician. He is also the youngest of KC's sons.

 

Justin is naturally gifted mechanically, and from a very young age could be found tinkering in the garage along side KC. Justin attended Lincoln Technical College in Indianapolis, and after graduating in 2011 joined KC on the M.I.C.S. team. Since then, he has become a certified installation & service technician for Generac generators as well. Justin has excellent metal fabrication skills which make his installations very clean and precise. Justin has developed a wonderful rapport with our customers and is known for his fun-loving manner. 

 

Justin has been married to his wife Jamie since 2009 and they have a son and daughter. His hobbies include building motorcycles and working on car projects and he enjoys kayaking and fishing.

 

Tiffany Troyer

Tiffany is Vice President of Operations and is a integral part of the success of Michiana Indoor Comfort. She is also the oldest of KC's daughters.

 

Tiffany has a background in customer service and dispatching since 2011 and is one of the friendly voices that answers the phone when customers call in. She came on part time as the customer service rep for M.I.C.S in 2013 and transitioned to full time in 2014. In 2016, with the expansion of electrical division, Tiffany became the office manager and in early 2018, she was promoted to VP of Operations, alongside Justin the service manager. Together, with KC's guidance, they will continue to provide the same level of excellent customer service that our customers have come to know.

 

Tiffany has been married to her husband Braxton since 2011, and together they have a young daughter. In her free time, she enjoys making upcycle crafts and baking.

 

 
 

Ronald Denlinger

Ron is our Master Electrician and lead sales estimator. He previously owned Shekinah Electric, Inc. and has over 38 years of experience in the electrical industry.

 

When Ron sold his company assets to M.I.C.S in early 2016, he joined our team and has been instrumental in guiding our electrical division ever since.

 

Ron has been married to his wife Carol for 40+ years and they have a son and a daughter, and recently had his first grandchild. Ron is a man of great faith, and can often be found lending a helping hand. He enjoys spending time outside of work on church functions & fellowship.

Adam Wales

Adam is our lead Electrical technician and he joined the M.I.C.S team mid year in 2017.

 

Adam is an excellent diagnostician, and his attention to detail and neatness are what makes his electrical wiring look exceptional. Customers love his friendly & easy going nature. 

 

Adam is married and has 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. In his free time Adam enjoys retro gaming, tinkering with amateur radios, and collects gaming systems.
