As a flat rate company, our goal is to provide our customers with fair, upfront pricing. By using industry standard repair times instead of hourly labor rates, we insure that our customers receive the best prices while allowing our technicians to remain focused on the quality of the service and repair.

Diagnostic Rates for HVAC & Electrical:

Elkhart/Goshen:  $88

Cities outside of Elkhart/Goshen: $118

Michigan (electrical only): $128

Generator Diagnostic (IN/MI): $165

Our diagnostic fee covers the trip out to your home and the time involved in identifying the problem.

Once the tech has determined the issue, we calculate a price using our flat rate book. The labor hours for each repair are pre-determined based on industry standards and are combined with the parts cost and tax to produce the final price. The final price is presented to the customer before repairs begin and we will only proceed when they have approved the price.
