KC Clements & Janelle Clements
Founder
KC began his HVAC journey in 1988 and dedicated his early years in the industry to gaining experience & mastering skills until his expertise became well known in the Michiana area. He started MICS in 2000 and while running the business he also served as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech of South Bend, teaching HVAC skills to aspiring new technicians. He is passionate about building up his community, the future of the trades industries, and the business by serving his neighbors and training the next generator of tradesmen & leaders. In 2024 he succeeded in passing on his HVAC legacy to the next generation of owners. As the CFO at MICS and KC’s wife, Janelle's dedication and determination helped grow the business from its inception. With the help of her financial acumen, MICS has remained debt free since 2010, even through the relocation & expansion to a commercial building in 2015 and with the addition of an electrical division in 2016. She is passionate about financial responsibility and alongside KC has hosted & taught multiple courses on becoming debt free. Those passions have not diminished, even after passing on the torch of leadership to the next generation of owners.
Justin Clements & Tiffany Troyer
Co-Owner & Office Support
The younger of KC’s sons, Justin has always showcased a natural mechanical gift. From a very young age, he could be found tinkering in the garage just like his dad. He attended Lincoln Technical College in Indy and after graduating in 2011 he joined the MICS team. He is a certified service & installation technician for Generac and possesses excellent metal fabrication skills that make his HVAC installations exceptionally clean & precise. His fun loving manner makes him a customer favorite as well. In 2018, Justin was promoted to VP of Service and his continued dedication to the trades and his customers saw him become the new Vice President and Co-Owner of MICS in 2024. The older of KC’s daughters, Tiffany has a background in customer service and dispatch since 2011. She joined the MICS team part time in 2013 and transitioned to full time in 2014. In 2016, while expanding our services to include electrical, she became the office manager and in 2018 was promoted to VP of operations. Tiffany’s commitment and passion for her work lead to her becoming a Co-Owner alongside Justin in 2024.
Ron Denlinger
Master Electrician
A certified Master Electrician, Ron holds licenses in both Indiana and Michigan and is the former owner of Shekinah Electric. In early 2016, MICS purchased his company assets and he joined the MICS team to add electrical & generators to our list of services. His 40+ years of experience in the industry has been instrumental in guiding our electrical division for over a decade and he brings an unmatched energy to his work, even in his golden years.
Wyatt Bailey
HVAC & Gen Service Tech
A welcomed addition to the MICS team, Wyatt joined in 2023. His steady & friendly nature has made him a vital team member in serving our customers. While he started in the HVAC department, he has since expanded his skillset and recently achieved technical certification for Generac generators.
Jason Clements
Electrical Tech
The older of KC’s sons, Jason joined the MICS team in 2025. With keen problem solving abilities, he brings to the team nearly a decade of background experience in electrical installation & diagnosis. His attention to detail and commitment to superior service has quickly made him indispensable.
Johnny Collins
Helper Tech
The newest addition to the MICS team, Johnny was welcomed in 2026. His interest lies main in the HVAC trade. His appreciation for our stellar reputation and our clear commitment to quality is what drew him to MICS. His journey in the trades is just beginning, but we can’t wait to see what’s in store for him.
